Introduction

Cranberry is an evergreen shrub dwarf vine plant native to the United States and Canada, and later introduced to Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, China and 

other places. Its fruit is spherical or nearly pear-shaped, with bright red skin, whitish flesh, hollow seeds, and a sour and slightly sweet taste. Cranberry is rich in dietary

 fiber, anthocyanins, vitamins, protein, fat and other nutrients, and has certain edible and medicinal value.

Function
