Introduction

Artichoke is a perennial herb of the genus Artichoke in the Asteraceae family. It grows in coastal areas with fertile soil, plenty of sunshine, and warm but not too humid weather. It is native to the 

Mediterranean coast and was later introduced to Europe for cultivation and introduced to China from France. It contains cynarin, has a unique flavor, and has high edible and medicinal value.

Function

1. Treat indigestion. Artichoke has been used as a herbal medicine to treat indigestion in Europe. Artichoke extract is used to treat digestive diseases such as abdominal pain, bloating, and nausea;
