Introduction

Function

Rosemary extract is extracted from the rosemary plant (Rosmarinus officinalis L.), which contains a variety of bioactive ingredients, including carnosic acid, carnosol, 

rosmarinic acid, etc., and has the following main functions:

1. Antioxidant effect. Rosemary extract is a highly effective natural antioxidant that can effectively inhibit the oxidation and deterioration of oils and fats, prolong the 

storage time of food, and has good stability in high temperature environments;

2. Anti-tumor activity: Rosemary extract is believed to have anti-tumor activity. Its main active ingredients include ursolic acid, carnosol and rosmarinic acid, which
